He was not someone that gave you a fantasy, he was realistic with us, which we appreciated so much. He put our house on the market and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. I think every time I called I feel like they went above and beyond in talking to me. Sellers get very anxious and I think they were very good in being able to calm me down and let me know, you know, things are progressing as they should be.
