1. What is a home builder's job? If they're not framing houses and laying tile, then what are they doing? You need a clear, concise answer from them.
2. What makes you different? You need to find a match for your personality, because if you don't like your builder on day one, then you'll really dislike them three months down the road.

3. What makes your homes different? This is really just another way of asking, "Why should I do business with you?" The builder should be able to back the homes being made, and should explain to you why those homes are superior to the competition.
